Veterinary Technician
Hey! My name is Kristen. I am originally from Connecticut and moved to Charleston, South Carolina in 2005. I have always had a passion for helping animals, as well as people. I attended Bel-Rea Institute of Animal Technology in Denver, Colorado and graduated in 2011 with an Associate Degree in Applied Animal Sciences. After school, I went directly into Emergency Medicine and I've worked overnight ER/ICU shifts for the past 10 years. I’m happy to now be in primary care, and a part of the Clements Ferry Vet team!
I have 3 children, McKenna, Maddox, and Reese. I also have a rescued Great Dane named "Denver", and a Bearded Dragon named "Waffle". In my free time, I enjoy going to the beach/pool, playing volleyball/soccer, singing/music, DIY projects, reading, writing, fishing, and enjoying time adventuring with my children.
